Can I adjust the template after sending it in?
It is not possible to modify the recruitment criteria after recruitment has started. Do you want to change the criteria? Then get in touch with your point of contact to discuss the possibilities.
Is it possible to change the research dates?
It is not possible to change the research data after the recruitment has been sent out. Do you want to change the dates? Then please reach out to your point of contact at User Sense.
Where can I find the kick-off template?
Can I prepare anything else?
It is not necessary to prepare anything else apart from the template. User Sense takes care of the recruitment, screening and scheduling of the testers. User Sense also handles all support questions from testers.
